Technical Problems?

Please refer to our FAQ page. After reading the FAQ, please mail support@etusa.com with the following:

• The eBay item number of the auction in question.
• Attach any email sent to you by BidRobot regarding your bid
• If the question is regarding problems with text size or a bug in the way Web pages are displayed, we also need to know:
  • The computer and operating system version you're using (for example, Linux, Macintosh, Windows 98)
  • Web browser software you are using (for example, Netscape 4.72, or Macintosh System 9 with Internet Explorer 5.0)

If you think you've found a bug, and have already checked the FAQ page, please mail it to support@etusa.com.
