How can I stop BidRobot from sending me emails?
We recommend that you keep receiving “after-bid” emails since they provide diagnostic information if there is a problem with your bid. However, if you want to stop the emails, Log in then click on the “My Settings” link at the top of the screen. You may select and un-select the check box indicating which emails you will receive from BidRobot.
Why does BidRobot require my eBay ID and password?
BidRobot requires your ID and password to place a bid at eBay on your behalf. eBay cannot tell the difference between a bid you place and a bid that BidRobot places for you.
What if I forget my password?
You can request your password in the login box on the home page and we will email it to your registered email address.
What does BidRobot do with my personal information?

Hi
I am a New comer to BidRobot and am having trouble signing in as a new user. Will U please help me because the time on my bid on ebay is rapidly running out of time.
Below are the facts:
I am initially having a problem signing in to your website using the free trial membership I saw, that said to use the activation code “Cool”
Click this Link to Sign Up for a Free 3-week Trial. Use Activation code “COOL”
So I clicked on it, and signed in.
under coupon code I inputed “Cool” However it did not accept it.
It kicked me to the Bidrobot order page to sing up to pay for the different options. I’ve still not been able to access your website and as mentioned,
the timing on my bid on ebay is rapidly running out of time.
Will you help me gain access as soon as it is humanly possible?
Your help will be greatly appreciated.
I emailed and told 6 friends about bid robot.
I have not at any time yet used bidrobot.com
